Candidates must demonstrate strong CAD drafting skills, be self motivated with an ability to coordinate project packages and have an excellent working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Candidates must be rigorous, technically competent and demonstrate a track record of implementing CAD standards and protocols. The role will include preparation of drawings and package coordination.
Applicants must be based in and eligible to work in the UK.
Please note that high proficiency with the latest release of AutoCAD and Revit Architecture is essential. Proficiency in Rhino, 3D-Max, and the CS3 suite is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities will include preparation of drawings, models, renders and other presentation material.
Applicants must have strong design and graphic skills and be proficient in model making, Rhino, AutoCAD, and the CS3 suite. Proficiency in Grasshopper is preferred but not necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate strong design and communication skills, be self motivated with an ability to take on responsibility for specific project areas and have experience liaising with external consultants. The role will include preparation of drawings, models, renders and other presentation material.
Applicants should be RIBA Part II or equivalent, proficient with AutoCAD, and the CS3 suite. Proficiency in Rhino is preferred but not necessary.
Qualified Part III Architects
Candidates must demonstrate strong design, leadership, co-ordination and communications skills. The applicant will have a track record of realised buildings and 3-5 years of proven experience in an internationally renowned office compiling complex planning applications.
Applicants should be RIBA Part III or equivalent, have a very strong grasp of the English language, proficient with AutoCAD, and the CS3 suite. Proficiency in Rhino is preferred but not necessary.
Product Designer
Candidates must demonstrate strong design skills, be extremely fluent in 3D modelling and be self motivated. The applicant will be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously requiring efficiency and strong organisational skills. The applicant will be experienced in prototyping and have an interest in material research. The role will span from concept design to fabrication.
Applicants should have a 3D design based degree i.e. automobile design, product design or similar.
