Senior Architectural Technician

AL_A has a vacancy for a senior level Architectural Technician who will focus on one key project in terms of output as well as providing technical and construction expertise, sketch details and product research as and when required on projects across the office. You will be required to address technical queries from site as needed and support other team members on tender and construction packages. This is an ideal role for a senior Architectural Technician with at least ten years experience and good 3D skills. You must be fluent in AutoCAD and have Revit experience. The ideal candidate will be a very organised team player with a high level of attention to detail. Experience in Rhino would be an advantage. Salary approx £45,000 dependent on experience.

Architect – Bangkok, Thailand

AL_A is looking for an experienced architect to work in Bangkok on a large hotel and shopping complex.

The applicant must have the following experience:
• fluent in Thai
• architectural qualifications from Europe or the US
• minimum five years experience post Part II or equivalent
• solid site experience
• fluent in Autocad
• working knowledge of Rhino useful but not essential – training to be provided
• experienced in detailing and checking shop drawings
• strong hand-drawing skills
• able to think on their feet
The position will be based in Bangkok with occasional trips to our London office.
There will be a month’s training in London at the outset.
Availability to start end May/beginning June.
Applicant must be legally eligible to work in Thailand.
Salary to be agreed.
