The EDP Foundation have announced the appointment of AL_A to design a cultural venue on the river Tagus in the Belem district of Lisbon. This building will activate the long neglected riverfront, exploiting the extraordinary southern light reflected off the water and blurring boundaries between gallery and landscape.
